Topic explanation
It is a danger sign that warns (usually 150 metres in advance) of an asymmetric narrowing on the right, i.e., a narrowing on the right side of the carriageway, with potential difficulty passing vehicles coming from the opposite direction.
If it has a yellow background, it is placed in the presence of a roadwork site.
It requires reducing speed and, if necessary, coming to a stop.
The following are prohibited: overtaking, stopping, U-turns, and reversing.
It is not true that it warns of a one-way alternating system with the obligation to give priority to vehicles coming from the opposite direction.
