Topic explanation
Guiding lines at intersections (junctions) are curved, broken (dashed) white lines used to correctly execute a left turn, preventing the vehicle from entering the wrong way.
Normally, these are located where a left turn is performed by leaving the center of the junction to the right; therefore, they must be kept to the left of the vehicle when turning left.
As they consist of broken white lines, they may therefore be crossed by vehicles (for example, to continue straight ahead).
