Driving in parallel lanes is not always permitted.
It is permitted
when authorized by traffic officers
on roads with two lanes per direction of travel at an intersection controlled by traffic officers or traffic lights
in the event of heavy traffic on roads with at least two lanes per direction of travel (including one-way roads with at least two lanes)
While driving in parallel lanes:
it is permitted to change lanes to perform turning maneuvers
it is not true that when driving in the left lane, the left direction indicator must be kept active
