Which countries can exchange their driving licence in Italy without taking exams?

How long do I have to exchange my foreign licence in Italy?

Non-EU holders have 12 months from the date of Italian residency registration (iscrizione anagrafica). After that, the foreign licence is no longer valid.

What happens if my country has no exchange agreement with Italy?
