On a road with two lanes in each direction, as shown in the figure, motor vehicles must use the rightmost available lane.
The left lane may generally be used only for overtaking and must not be used for normal driving; therefore, it is incorrect to state that vehicles may cross the broken line on a curve if the road is clear.
Furthermore, it is incorrect to state that mopeds may travel in the left lane in the event of heavy traffic.
