WHEN ALLOWING A PASSENGER TO EMBARK OR DISEMBARK
It is advisable that this takes place from the pavement side or, in the absence of one, from the side opposite the flow of traffic.
The door must be opened only when it does not create a hazard for other road users.
The passenger must be made to wait until the vehicle has come to a complete stop.
If the passenger is a child, adult supervision is advisable.
Particular attention should be paid to two-wheeled motor vehicles, as they are less visible.
